Her research interests include Police and Law enforcement, Police Reforms, Election laws, law and films as a medium for social change and Women and law.

Vibha has to her credit an independently drafted LLM course in Law, Development and Social Change for the School of Law, Rights and Constitutional Governance, TISS, Mumbai. At Jindal Global Law School she published a report on voting patterns and challenges to elections in India. Here she also taught Legal English & Law and Literature. She has imparted training in research tools and strategies, legal ethics and data security at some of the top law schools and LPO in India.

At all work fronts, Vibha experienced acute need for a positive change in the perception of law, methods of law teaching, importance of research tools and more importantly an exigency of sharpening legal elements for a better society.

In 2014, Vibha began conceptualizing her thoughts and gathering requisites for an organization that could provide solutions to these issues. Thus, Vibha embarked on an initiative called Law Matters with a belief that healthy legal change is equal to better social tomorrow.

It is an effort to reinstate the belief that it is law that matters as a fundamental and indispensible medium for reform.
